— Change tables
For children under eighteen months of age, provide a change table or counter space adjacent to a sink and suitable for dressing or changing the diaper of one child at a time.

Disinfect the change table after every use and keep it sanitary at all times.

One change table for:
- every 10 children under 18 months of age based on licensed capacity;
GOOD PRACTICE
- For the change table cover, use a soft, non absorbent material such as vinyl or leatherette.
- Keep all cleaning products out of the children’s reach.
- Position diapers and hygiene products in a location near the change table before beginning to diaper a child.
- Store diapers and hygiene products in containers labelled with the child’s name.
- Provide a separate container for soiled clothing.
